Sunday thoughts

A few weeks ago, I bought a darling, white ruffled jacket for my mom to wear to the temple. It was the only time in recent memory I have actually been excited to send her a birthday gift! (Usually, I have no idea what to get her.)

It was so fun for me to pick something out for her to wear to the temple. The whole time, I kept thinking, "I am so happy that we share this love of the temple!"

This last weekend, I attended BYU Women's Conference with my dear friends.

I heard some really great talks, I took a lot of notes, I have a lot to think about. I will probably share some of those thoughts in future Sunday thoughts posts. But the overwhelming feeling I had was, "I am so happy that we all share a love of the gospel!"

And I kept thinking about this scripture, and feeling like Alma:

Alma did rejoice exceedingly to see his brethren; and what added more to his joy, they were still his brethren in the Lord...
Alma 17:2

I just love that.

I concur. I concur. It's misery having something wonderful and having no one to share it with.

I'm glad you had a great time at Women's Week.

I'm in the same club! And, I love my Temple blouse!!!

Wish I could have been there for the Conference, as last year.

All notes will be anticipated.
