I think I might try this sandwich too- I love that it has apples! I'm also trying to decide if I can make it more the style of a chicken salad- chunky and tasty.

That bread looks so good! I thought you were going to say that you made it and I would immediately ask for the recipe, even though I know I could never reproduce that! Good thing to be thankful for...
Is Kneaders a bakery or a restaurant? It sounds like it might be the equivelant of our Panera Bread?

I had to print off that recipe from your blog--it looks and sounds so fabulous! After calculating the Points value at 10 per sandwich, however, I will have to plan a day when I can splurge.
People actually count points? Wow. Maybe that's my problem...:)
