spt -- #21 of 100

#21 on my 100 list is: I wish I could get a pedicure once a month.

Again, only my love for Lelly and spt could induce me to post such a horrible photo. But there you have it. Dry, calloused, ugly feet. (I wonder if I should post a warning at the beginning of this post?)

I can't even remember the last time I had a pedicure, although I suspect it was toward the end of my pregnancy with Eva, so that would have been 3 1/2 years ago. Is that possible?

My feet don't normally look this gross. I usually give myself pedicures, or at the very least keep my toenails painted. But for some reason, they have been like this for about a month now. Sick.

So, to sum up:

If I could, I would get a pedicure every month.
I don't think I would tire of it.
I don't think I would ever be disappointed to get a pedicure for any gift-giving occasion.
I think it would help with my foot pain (well, at least it couldn't hurt!).
Maybe someday.

But for now, it's back to my old standby. And quick!

There's NOTHING a little bright pink polish can't cure!

GREAT photo at the end--your eyes are laughing and sparkly.

this is funny mIchelle...this was my 14th....on my list so that was last weeks...but I still have not gone...and since have cut all of my toe nails to the bare...so now I have to wait at least a month or so to have something to paint on...decently i should say....I saw this cute cute girl that i know have spider web on one toe and a cute spider on the other....true spirit of halloween...although I only love my toes with RED POLISH or SOMETHING sultry towards burgandy...I once saw a friend of mine do the cute pale chanel pink...but I don't think it would look good on moi, but hurray for you to getting the nail polish out...My favorite OPI a votre sante...there is really nothing better than a pedicure specially in dire need of a good massage

I agree with you, Lelly's challenges encourage us to do things and take chances we normally wouldn't. Good for Lelly. Good for us.

At least you have strong nails to cure. That's a good thing.

I love all the colors in the bottom photo (and how manicured your fingernails are).

i love a good quick fix!!

i like how my nails look after a pedi, but i honestly don't enjoy the process that much (oh, how i wish i did.) the filing and the sloughing are like nails on a chalkboard for me...

There's got to be health benefits involved in pedicures. Not just phychologically, but I'm sure the massage would help your foot pain.

Cute polish color!

I generally get a little lax on peds during the winter months, but let's go get one when I come for Christmas!! We'd better plan now, as the time will pass too quickly!

Great color!

I'm so surprised with all of Jill's raving about her pedicures you guys haven't gone together. With all you do, you deserve a little foot love.

love the color.

I also love pedicures but sadly, never get them. The last one I had was about 2 years ago when I went to help your mom with a project (and she treated me). *sigh*

I love your SP--always the master photographer!

Oh dear! I didn't realize you'd be living for a month with naked toes! Doesn't Marc know that the state of your feet directly correlates with your state of mind? Perhaps I should enlighten him because a quick peek at your feet might help things on the home front. Ha!

I think all women should be able to get monthly pedicures!

I love painted toes, and definitely feel better when mine are done.
