I have long admired Jill's wall-o-photos. (Okay, so she's a real-life friend, but she's also a blogging friend, so I'm counting it.)
No matter how many times I go to Jill's house, I always find myself poring over all the photos on her wall, it's just so pleasing.
So this is the photo wall, Marc & Michelle-style. It's not complete yet, we still have a couple of empty frames, and the large one with the green mat will be getting a facelift, but... I'm still finding it mighty pleasing.

Oh Michelle, I like the Marc-Michelle wall of photos, too. I've been hoping you'd post an after picture when you got them hung. Very pleasing. Very pleasing.

i a photo wall fan too.. the picking of photos is the hardest part for me.. i tend to go overboard, and my husband is like.. "who the heck is that on our wall?"
I adore your wall of photos. I find it pleasing as well to see them all stacked up and orderly like that and I love to look at photos!

I loved seeing it in person last week! It looks really good and what a pleasing spot--you get to look at it often.
I, too am in love with this concept. We don't have nearly enough random photos of family and friends around our home and it makes me sad. Love this concept and I will be using it in the near future!
Who knew this would be the never-ending project. I can't wait to get switch out that green one.
Marc & Michelle need to go into the photo arrangement business. It's beautiful--and original. I never have the patience to lay things out and measure--I'm more of an eye-baller--and that has it's drawbacks. :)
I love that wall! The fact that it is along the stairs and goes up with them is so very pleasing. Totally Marc & Michelle style. And the prints you have picked are all so beautiful.
One thing I will never forget is Jill's wall of photos. She definitely inspired me years ago to do the same.

Jill's love for her photo wall inspired me to do one of my own, after a friend (term used loosely) made a disparaging remark a long time ago when I was very first considering one and I gave up the idea till I 'met' Jill.
oh my goodness, I am soo despistada...that I did not give myself time to admire it as it should have been. I loved it. Your home is very endearing and with that special french touch! Loved it.
