the Walmart shoes that were the toast of Paris
Eva pretty much lived in these shoes while we were in Paris. She has a white pair and a black pair, and they were $4.00 at Wal-Mart. Everywhere we went, they caused quite a stir. Women would stop us and comment on how adorable they were, how they had never seen shoes like that for babies before, etc. etc.
I can't tell you how it tickles me that Paris is filled with cute -- and very expensive -- shoes for children, but everyone seems to want these cheap ones from Wal-Mart...

Cute Cute shoes, I agree. Why is it that the ones from Payless and Walmart get the most compliments?! I have enjoyed playing catch up with all of your recents posts.
Good luck with surgery.
Very cute, esp on her chubby little feet! I always get Mya's shoes from Payless or Target- it is so the way to go since they grow out of them so fast.
That's pretty funny that her Walmart shoes were the toast of Paris. They are definitely cute, cute, cute.
oh my they make the cutest things for little girls...who would have thought of that when we were growing up....
Nowww...here you have hit the nail on the head. I can't really tell the difference between expensive and cheap children's shoes. It's a right royal scam, I say.
I get the girls shoes from Mothercare, Asda, Clarks, or Tesco. The only 'designer' type shoe I've got is a pair of Lelly Kelly's for Erin because she fell in love with the glorious-Technicolor advert on TV (and the free gift!).
Eva's feet are sooooo cute and chubby!
now that is great!! i love that...and very cute shoes, indeed!
Those shoes have definitely smitten me as well.....not to mention the wearer! What can a grandmother say....
