blue
My parents left for home this morning. The week they were here just wasn't long enough -- there were still quite a few things we wanted to do but didn't have time for. Having them here made life feel like a vacation. I have much to report on, but for now I'm just feeling blue. How I hate being the one left behind...

Seriously, it must be nice having people come see you, but I can see how it would be terrible to have to say goodbye--expecially when you don't have the luxury of going back to your happy and comfortable routine!
I feel for you I really do, but I'm feeling the one left behind with you in Paris and am anxiously awaiting updates. So please, fight the funk and reach out to your blogging friends!
I sympathize with your blues. You should know they abound everywhere right now! We are all blue to be in boring old Utah county with no Michelle, no Eiffel Tower, no bakery to pick up breakfast at...
Can't wait for your update!
Even if left behind in Paris, I imagine it would be quite a let down to be the one left.
I hope you have a great week!
I'm with Jill- I am feeling left behind. I am blue today too, but I don't know why- Maybe I sympathize with how I know you always feel when mom and dad leave. Or maybe it's because mom told me that 'at first moving is exciting, but then you're all alone, you have no friends or family, your ward is weird and you're sad.'
Can't wait with those prospects.
I understand, Becca left today. My parents will be here in a few days but it is hard to be the one left....
Sorry you're blue. I suspected that would happen, although I know you need a break before the "next batch"! I'll be thinking of you and praying for good bedtimes for Eva! (You'd better fill all the blog group in on her latest!) It's going to be weird being in Provo and not going to your house...
Take care (to quote your Dad!)
Loving and missing you (and the lemon tarts....)
I wasn't feeling blue until I read this post. I am blue for you too! I miss you and think of you every day. I hope the next few weeks are what you hope for. Looking forward to our reunion soon!
