12 on the 12th | March
1. Medicines. Sickness, again. An unfortunate theme.
2. Snuggling with Eva and trying to bring her fever down.
3. Many episodes of SpongeBob.
4. Listlessness.
5. I escaped the den of sickness to go celebrate my birthday with Jill!
6. I was in the mood for a steak, so we went to Outback (my first time).
7. Browsing Barnes & Noble is one of our traditional birthday activities. This photo shows some favorites we have already read and some that we are planning to read – so happy.
8. We went to see Unknown. It was probably an unwise choice to see an action thriller with Jill's racing heartbeat, but it was fun.
9. The weather took a turn back to winter (not lasting, thank goodness).
10. My birthday gift! How I love polka dots.
11. Jill gave me a tiny fleur de lys charm for my necklace, two adorably tiny chartreuse baking dishes, and a gift certificate for a massage! I'm going to have to overcome my body-consciousness, because she says it will be worth it.
12. Max made Denver sheet cake on Friday for Andrew's birthday, and I enjoyed a piece of it with a little ice cream. Oh, baby.

Other than the sickness it looks like a GREAT day!!
Poor Eva looks miserable! I hope she is feeling better.
Your day out looks wonderful. I can't believe you have never been to Outback!
You will love the message. It always takes me a few minutes to get over my body issues but it is so worth it and so heavenly!
What fun celebrating a bit early! I hope Eva has begun to feel better by now.
Polka dots, all good! Denver sheet cake, better! Yum.
Fun report.
Sick again? So very not fun. I wish we could hang out on your birthday. Wouldn't that be cool? I'm glad you had such a great day hanging out with Jill.
Massage Envy is one of my favorite places to get a massage. You will love it!
Happy Birthday! Sorry about all the sickness at your house. We had a stomach bug in February, so when I heard it was going around again I thought we'd be immune. Boy, was I wrong! I'm hoping for spring too, but it's snowing right now here in CT.
Happy Birthday to you!
Your collage is so pleasing! I'm glad we were able to go out. I'm really hoping you'll end up getting excited about the massage soon, I hate to think of giving you an anxiety-producing gift!
I'm so glad you got to go out with Jill!
I love that Max made Andrew a sheet cake.
Proud that you stayed on your diet through the celebrations!
You are such a patient and lovely mother.
Happy Belated Birthday!
