Happy birthday, Jill!
We celebrated Jill's birthday early due to my travel plans that unfortunately overlapped with her special day. We had our traditional birthday outing of lunch and a movie, with a little shopping for good measure.
I feel somewhat lame about only being able to give her part of her gift – the other part hasn't arrived yet. Jill, we will have to celebrate a little more when I get back!
Jill, in your 39th year, remember this:
You are the most thoughtful person I have ever known. Ever.
You are so very generous with your time, talents, and means.
You can always make me laugh.
You always seem to know what to do to cheer and lift another.
You amaze me with your dedication to your family and your calling.
I am so blessed to have you in my life.
Happy birthday!

And a Happy Birthday to you, Jill.
Through the blog waves I, too, have been lifted by your generosity, commitment, and sense of humor. Amazing how you can lift a stranger. Thank you.
I hope you have a happy, happy day.

I just gave that shadow box away to Goodwill!
How perfect is that J & M!
Jill is one who can appreciate spreading out the birthday joy (though that time we had to celebrate in October was pathetic!) so I'm glad you celebrated early and totally believe you will celebrate again- and she deserves it! She is amazing!
Happy birthday to Jill! You're an amazing friend to her!
