reluctant blogging

I don't know what my problem is. I'm tired. I fell asleep on my bed around 9:00 while trying to prepare my Primary lesson. Then I woke up feeling cheated because I was so tired, it was 10:00 on Friday night and I hadn't done anything fun. (Although I did have fun with Creative Friday during the day.)

I have lots to blog about, but I don't feel like blogging. Mostly I'm just sick of seeing the same post from two days ago...

Hopefully I'll be feeling it tomorrow.

Well get blogging, sister, because don't you know I check your blog daily for my Michelle updates?

Also. I marched straight over here from Jill's place because I must comment on your artisan bread from her bookclub post. It is one of my New Year's goals to master the artisan loaf. I am inviting myself over to your house for a lesson sometime..I am not above the self-invite! I have absolutely no shame in inflicting myself on others.

I think it is really hard to get going again after Christmas break, and I'm sure it is much worse for you since you got home from Paris right before.

I'm with Gail. It sounds like the delayed Christmas/moving slog. I love it. The only rememdy is sleep that I know of :)

I would feel cheated if I took a nap at 9:00pm too, or I would have climbed into the covers and called it a day.

I'm with you. I'm sick of blogging period. I still enjoy reading them, but I've had the same post on mine for over a month.

I went to bed at 9 too. Too much disappointment yesterday- just needed for the day to be over.

I too, feel like I've been in a real blogging slump. No time, no energy, no time to post!

I'm really trying to get back on track though, my readers must wonder or rather think I'm gone forever, for even when I do find a moment to blog...no comments! Well,
I'm ready for the challenge and try to get back on track. Hope you find it too!

...maybe you could start with a banner for your mother...I was thinking your old winter one would be fine!!!

Can I be pushing also? I would kill for you to teach me how to make your bread! I can't seem to figure out how to make bread or rolls very well.

Well, I think 2 days is a very minor blogging slump, so take it easy on yourself. The last month has to have just been a total whirlwind.

My crockpot is my new best friend on Sundays, too. 1:00 church for us -- I need to come up with some more crockpot recipes, though.

Your last two points are exactly how I was almost all of 2009. Ugh. I hope you have shaken that feeling by now!

Tell me about it. I have had so little time for blogging that it's easy to just want to throw in the towel.

I'm feeling this way (obviously) all the time lately... I hope I can snap out of it soon!

Friday nights can be a time fraught with hidden depression mine fields. Even if you don't want to do anything, sometimes you still feel like you should be doing something.

I, too have lots to blog about, but for some reason I'm not able to pull myself up by my bootstraps and get to work.
