I think that's a very cool picture of your hand on the keyboard. I'm glad you did this SPT. Your piano playing is such a part of you, but it's not something that most of us ever get to see (or hear) and therefore don't even associate with you too much.
Perhaps you should have Max record you playing so we could see and hear you in action.

I so wish I was blessed with that talent. I would love to be able to sit and play and instrument. I love piano music. I've been trying to teach myself with Jon Schmidt's course, but it's not working too well...mostly because I never can find the time to sit down and do it.
That is a beautiful picture of your hand on the piano with your ring and the strong black and white element.
I googled Gravity because I hadn't heard of it or Sara Bareilles and I watched a performance on utube (isnt' the internet amazing) I loved the song, but funny thing - my OBGYN looks just like Sara Bareilles. Weird.
ooh, i must know where marc downloads the sheetmusic from. my collection has gotten dismally low!
i almost did something similar for my spt, but sadly realized i haven't used this is a pick me up in waaay tooo long.
This was a good reminder to me of this pick me up...I usually just look at the piano as something I am trying to get the kids to practice, and forget the reason we have one in the first place is for ME!

Music is a pick me up for me too. Especially singing or playing the piano. Chocolate is always good too! :)
Every once in a while and my mom's I'll get in a piano-playing mood. It's very soothing. I just wished I owned one. I love your shots. You take awesome pictures.
